Lodging is at a premium. We recommend reserving now due to increasingly limited availability. When you reserve at one of the places below, mention the Desert Ski Club, Washington State, and the name of the event host, Diane Nicholson.
Price for 3 nights
Dbl Q: $930.17
2Bed Condo: $1,403.79
3Bed Condo: $1,638.71 These prices are with every tax included for 3 nights.
Best Western, Super Eight and the other main motels on Third Street seem to be aligned with each other on pricing. Prices are better if you book online and early.
Weekdays are cheaper, Saturday/Sundays very high, over $200/night with tax. A single person would have a very high price. Tax is about 15%
The Hartland Hotel is the lowest price, and some stayed last year there. It’s fun and reasonable. It has only an 8% tax. Whether you have an Indy pass or not the owner is giving the DSC the 20% discount Indy Promo Code online. Call the Hartland and talk to Rory if you want to book a room. There are already 8 booked into the Hartland from DSC. The motel (say left side facing Hartland Hotel) is $95 Thurs., $104 Fri/Sat. Phone is 208-347-2114. Remember to say you are with DSC, Washington State.
Indy Passes honored at both resorts. Those needing lift tickets at Brundage, online advance ticketing 2 of 3 days $149 (18-69), $95 (70+). Tamarack Tickets $70. All subject to change, no 2022 sales posted yet. If you will be buying lift tickets we recommend that you contact the event host before February 17 for potential discount.
